At Lux Party Favors by Nikki, each item is thoughtfully created and often personalized just for you. Because of the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to personalization and made-to-order production, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

 

Custom & Personalized Orders – Proof Approval

 

For all custom orders, a design preview (proof) will be sent prior to printing.

 

✔ Customer approval is required within 24 hours of receiving the preview to ensure adequate time for production and shipping.

If approval is not received within 24 hours:

• Production may proceed as designed, or
• Shipping timelines may be delayed

Delays caused by late approval are the responsibility of the customer and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luxpartyfavorsbynikki@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.

Digital Products

All digital downloads are non-refundable. Once files are delivered or accessed, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
