At Lux Party Favors by Nikki, every order is prepared with care to ensure your celebration is extra special. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
All items are made to order.
- Processing times vary based on the product and level of customization.
- Estimated processing time will be communicated at checkout or via order confirmation.
For custom orders, production begins after design approval.
Proof Approval for Custom Orders
For personalized items, a design preview (proof) will be sent prior to printing.
- Approval is required within 24 hours of receipt to maintain the estimated production and shipping timeline.
- Delayed approval may result in shipping delays and does not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders are shipped from our U.S.-based studio using trusted carriers such as UPS.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Package size
- Destination
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has shipped—not when the order is placed. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or high-volume periods are outside of our control.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Orders returned due to address errors may require additional postage to be resent.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Lux Party Favors by Nikki is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can assist.
Digital Products
Digital products do not require shipping and will be delivered electronically as outlined in the product listing.
